I have worn these shoes in various colors 90% of the time for more years than I can remember. They are comfortable out of the box and can also accommodate an orthotic as needed. This is actually my work shoe, in a building where nearly everyone wears athletic shoes due to the miles we walk every day. Yet, when I go out for supper, I can do a quick once-over with a shoe shine sponge and have a very respectable look for evening. They truly look good with everything. Can't say enough. Super fan. There's a spare pair in the closet right now in case Naot quits producing the Matai Maryjane.Love this classic Naot shoe. Great for pain free walking.The shoes are top quality and worth the price.My wife will keep on wearing these shoes as long as they are available. Even though they last a long time, eventually they wear out. She just keeps getting more. Whenever she has to walk a long way, they are the shoes of choice. We do long distance bicycle tours all over the world and have always used platform pedals. These shoes have actually traveled a lot of the world as they are so comfortable and work great when we are riding our bikes.In short she love them and will keep wearing them as long as possible.I wore this right out of the box for an entire day, since I’ve worn Naot for a long time; however, by the end of day I was very disappointed that the were ill fitting, and too late to return.I was a wee bit disappointed with the width, but the strap helps with that issueThis is a second purchase of this shoe, by NAOT Footwear Women's Matai Maryjane. I work retail and am on my feet all day, so I need support, as well as comfort. Naot shoes are not only supportive, but are attractive and comfortable. I highly recommend this product.Naot shoes are the best, with arch support. These online ordered mary jane shoes are a perfect replacement for the ones I was fitted for in a shop about nine years ago.While these shoes were really comfortable, they did not even last a year! The soles on both shoes have split apart somewhere near the middle and they are really not usable anymore... They were only used in the summer, so have not had so much use. For the price, I expected much much better. Never Naot again!These are extremely comfortable - in fact the most comfortable shoes I own. I have plantar fasciitis and cannot wear heels or most 'fashion' shoes without discomfort. Most of my 'orthopaedic' insole shoes are heavy and awkward, but these are light and neat and look fine with skirts for work, and the metallic finish means they blend with other colours and is a bit quirky too.I require a wide fitting. There is nowhere to state this. I ordered these shoes because I bought the same style in USA very comfortable but they are much wider thought the new pair would also be wide.Very disappointed and so frustrated that there is no facility to request width size.Thus having sung the praises of Naot shoes I Won't be recommending this website.already have a pair that are wearing out after 5 years so thought i needed another pair!i just love them!Fabulous shoes. I have an odd-shaped foot (narrow heel, but need wide toe box). These fit like custom-made, and with wonderful arch support. Added bonus of being whimsical and stylish combined with great functionality. On the Amazon site the photos make the "metal" colour look very silver. Mine are warmer hue, closer to bronze. But it will depend on the light. If you are looking for silver shoes these might disappoint. I prefer the warmer tone.
