I have Morton's Neuroma in both of my feet, very painful. Because I didn't want to have surgery (it doesn't always work, anyway), my doctor told me I had to wear a certain type of shoe. These are my go-to shoes for work, especially in winter. They are very well made, thick leather, excellent and very stable outer sole, insole is removable and will fit your orthotics if you have them. I don't use orthotics just the insole that comes with the Primrose. They are so comfortable, excellent support for all day walking. I have a pair that I bought five years ago and have only had to replace the insole once (Naot sells the insoles, too), and even though they are a little scuffed, a quick shine with shoe polish will make them look new. I finally bought this new pair to replace the five year old one's that will be used for casual use now. Excellent shoes, well made!
