I wanted to love these. I thought they would be like a lace-less version of the Plim Soul, which I love. Unfortunately they would not stay on my heel, with or without socks. The fit was correct--I could not have gone down a half size. But with every step, the shoe would slide off my heel--the heel is very wide. For a canvas slip on shoe, these are pricy and not worth keeping if they don't fit well. Going back.I have this same exact shoe and size in gray and for some reason these Taos shoes are too loose. Unfortunately, I wore them out thinking they would be the same as my gray pair and cannot return. I also have two other pair of Taos and they all fit well.I had bought these shoes in a smaller size, and returned them to another vendor who didn't have a larger size. Was delighted to find these. Great shoe, dies not require a sock or footie. Looks great with shorts, leggings. Capris or jeans. Am glad I found them.Used for work.Toe box is tightI bought some Taos slip-on sneakers because they were dirt cheap in clearance somewhere. Now, they are my go-to shoe and well worth full-price. They are almost too snug at first, but loosen up quickly to a perfect fit. The sole and arch are so firm that my feet never hurt.The heel on this particular pair of shoes is a little loose but I have 8 pair of Taos and they are all wonderful and if you have plantar fasciitis an excellent shoe to wear. Highly recommend!!I own this style in other colors and find them very comfortable. The support is excellent . This vendor also shipped very quickly. I am very pleased.
