The boots were everything I hoped for... They are foremost, comfortable, they felt "broken in" the first time I wore them. The boots are very stylish, I get A LOT of complements. I'm so so glad I choose the color whisky, it seems to go with everything. One thing to be careful with, they did discolor slightly when I weather treated them. Since I am in New England, I was looking for a boot that was attractive, but also had a bottom that was slip resistant, and these definitely fit the bill. One thing I was a little worried about when I placed the order was the fabric "bootie-like inset." But my fears were put to rest immediately, it is sewn into the boot and there is no opening on the side, so it's never an issue, in fact it adds to the style of the boot. They earn an A+ from me...These are true to size and very comfortable. I love the non-skid bottom. They look great with skinny jeans tucked in or with pants/jeans over them. The cloth tongue is actually better than a regular tongue - it is very smooth and soft.I got these boots this winter and loved their fit and feel immediately. The leather wore in nicely and became comfortably pliable, but I may have worn them too much because they are now completely worn out, only a few months later. The heel wore through and then became dis attached to the boot. I liked that they are soft heeled so clicking around everywhere you go is avoidable, but for the sake of making them last, this time I am going to get a stronger heel cobbled onto my boots. Expensive for the quality of wear, but very much worth it in my opinion. Then again, its my dad footing the bill.love these boots have had them for over a year now and they're holding upgreat traction little heal but enough for a bit more heightsuper comfortablemore for spring/fall not super warm, weather proof, don't leak if your just running about on a rainy day.
